AdAge, in a partnership with TV Guide, recently published a Watchlist that allow users to make a list of their favorite shows.  This Watchlist is based off of user's ratings, giving a ranking to those upcoming fall releases with the most users rating them at the top of their list.  

Topping the list in first is Fox's new series Gotham:

Also ranking in the top five most anticipated new series are NCIS: New Orleans (CBS), Flash (CW), Constantine (NBC), and How to get away with Murder (ABC).
